The School of Rural and Surveying Engineering is located at the Faculty of Engineering facilities, in the last 4 floors of the “Topografon” (Surveyors’) building.

The School Deparments are locates as follows:

  • The Department of Geodesy and Surveying on the 4th, 5th and half of the 6th floor
  • The Department of Cadastre, Photogrammetry and Cartography on the half of the 3rd and half of the 6th floor
  • The Department of Transportation and Hydraulic Engineering on the half of the 3rd and half of the 4th floor

The School also maintains laboratories, storage rooms, control facilities, and halls for teaching and research, in the ground floor of the Surveyors’ Buliding and the 2 underground floors and the 3rd floor of the Surveyor’s Wing.

The six lecture halls of the School and the computer lab Topolab, and the offices of the Students’ Association are located on the 3rd floor of the Surveyor’s Wing. The School also owns the extension of the Surveyors’ Wing.

The Amphitheater “Alexandros Tsioumis” is located in the ground floor of the Surveyors’ Building. It is used by the School (and occasionally by other AUTh Schools and Faculties) for Scientific Meetings and other activities. more

The School Library, which is located on the 1th floor of the Surveyor’s Building houses a large number of books, the Diploma Theses of the School, Scientific Journals and many other printed and digital documents. more
